Print it like a poster and glue it on cardboard or foam board.

Here are the steps:
1. Find a local print shop or an online service that offers large format printing. You'll want to ask for a poster print of the size you desire.
2. When it comes to the finish, it's really about the look and feel you're going for at your event. A glossy finish can make the colors pop and shine, but if you're concerned about glare from photos or lighting, a matte finish might be the way to go.
3. Once you have your print, you'll need a foam board that matches the size of your print. You can glue the print directly onto the board. Spray adhesive works great for a smooth, bumps that traditional glue can sometimes cause.
4. After the print is secured to the board, you can cut out the figure. A sharp craft knife or box cutter is best for this job—just be careful and take your time to get those clean edges.
